1. Refunds and Cancellations
This Return Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for paid services and AI BOQ Generations on our platform. Since our platform operates on a Pay-per-BOQ and AI processing basis, computational resources are consumed at the time of generation.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in the event of severe technical failures where the platform fails to generate a usable result or complete the transaction after payment has been deducted. Disagreements with the AI assumptions or estimations do not inherently qualify for a refund, as the system provides an editable preview mode to adjust rates and quantities.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund for a failed generation or system error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
